It is with great pleasure to announce that GB women’s sitting volleyball coach Richard Osborne will be awarded an MBE in the King’s birthday honours list. His award comes for services to disability sports.
Richard coach’s within British Volleyball’s sitting volleyball set up, and has over many years dedicated hundreds of hours of his time voluntarily for the improvement of the GB athletes.
Richard also heads up his club South Hants, regularly competing in the national competition, the Grand Prix Series as we as the Sit Cup.
We would like to extend a warm appreciation and thanks to Richard for his incredible dedication to the sport.
